💼 About This Role

You'll scale structural manufacturing for spacecraft at a rapidly growing aerospace startup. Your core impact is improving build processes and production cadence for primary airframe, tanks, and bonded structures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical direction to improve build processes and scale vehicle cadence
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to solve production challenges
• Refine floor layouts, capacity models, and product flow analysis
• Develop and implement standardized processes for vehicle integration

📋 Requirements

• B.S. degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering
• 1-4+ years of manufacturing experience
• Proven experience on complex technical programs, preferably in aerospace
• Hands-on experience building complex vehicles

• Knowledge of aerospace vehicle systems
• Experience with project management of full lifecycle
• Experience transitioning assemblies from development to production
