As a Maintenance Technician at Bozzuto, you'll handle service tickets, preventative maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, and prepare apartments for move-in. Your work ensures the beauty and safety of the community, providing residents with outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently and 10-20 lbs constantly
• Personal reliable transportation for on-call emergencies
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs
• Preserve building and community through general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Work weekends or evenings and participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
