💼 About This Role

You'll participate in design and development of new and current systems for a Fortune 500 retailer's POS ecosystem. As technical lead for small projects, you'll work with cross-functional teams to optimize IT investments and provide coaching to junior engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of new and existing systems
• Conduct enterprise architecture reviews and recommend improvements
• Work with product, project, and UX teams to prioritize features
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve speed and scalability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in enterprise software support
• Hands-on Java and Spring Boot development experience
• Experience with retail POS processes (sales, returns, pricing, loyalty)
• Working knowledge of PCI & PII security standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Capacitor or similar cross-platform native app tools
• AWS DevOps or AWS Solution Architecture certification
• Experience with SumoLogic for log aggregation
