You'll lead treasury operations and the AR/Collections team for a fast-growing SaaS company, directly influencing liquidity strategy and working capital performance. You'll partner with FP&A and senior leadership to enhance financial forecasting and scalable processes that support growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop Treasury and AR/Collections team
• Lead collections strategy to optimize DSO and cash flow
• Oversee short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting
• Drive financial process improvements and system integrations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in treasury, financial planning, or strategic finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Strong financial modeling and cash flow forecasting expertise
• Experience leading or mentoring team members

• CPA, CTP, or CFA certification
• SaaS or high-growth environment experience
