You'll lead a team of onsite technicians supporting the VA's EHRM deployment and training project. You'll manage technical tasks including network connectivity, hardware setup, and system imaging across multiple training sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• **Oversee a team** of onsite technicians for VA EHRM deployment
• **Configure network connectivity** and Wi-Fi hardware at training sites
• **Perform hardware imaging**, setup, break/fix, and inventory management
• **Support** installation and resolve issues with limited supervision

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with IP networks
• Experience managing technical teams
• Experience with Wi-Fi hardware configuration and troubleshooting
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

✨ Nice to Have

• Public Trust Clearance
• Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop deployments
• IT helpdesk Tier 2 experience
