You will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, supporting month-end close, compiling revenue and labor metrics, and collaborating across departments to drive financial accuracy and operational insight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or financial analysis in manufacturing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly financial reports and supporting month-end close
• Compiling and publishing daily revenue and labor metrics
• Troubleshooting revenue recognition issues and supporting cost accounting
• Maintaining job cost reporting and backlog management
• Managing reconciliations for cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
