You'll partner with multiple product teams to extract insights from data and build AI-powered features and automated workflows. Your core impact is enabling teams through coaching and leading complex data analysis and ML modeling efforts that power intelligent product experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Explore and analyze data using Python, pandas, and PySpark.
• Create, tune, and productionize ML models for classification and recommendations.
• Design AI-driven ingest flows converting unstructured inputs to structured data.
• Work with product teams to identify and scope AI opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science or ML engineering with production features.
• Strong Python skills and pandas experience.
• PySpark or other distributed processing framework experience.
• PyTorch or similar deep learning framework proficiency.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs and language workflows (RAG, prompt engineering).
• Building agent-assist features or automated workflows.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.).
