You'll lead a team of Solutions Architects in the Communications, Media, Entertainment and Gaming division, driving data and AI initiatives for major enterprises. Your core impact is scaling and maintaining an outstanding Field Engineering team to accelerate market growth. This role offers the chance to shape strategy across five business lines and directly influence customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 5 FLMs and ~60 Solutions Architects
• Hire, train, and grow a high-performing SA team
• Drive customer success in the Media segment with Databricks
• Partner with sales leadership to hit revenue targets

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data space with technical product
• 5+ years architecting data solutions for Media accounts
• 5+ years building and leading technical pre-sales teams
• Deep understanding of ad tech and martech industries

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data collaboration ecosystem (CDPs, clean rooms)
• Thought leader on key industry imperatives for Media
• Experience with sports industry data providers
