💼 About This Role

You'll lead product-led growth experiments in a senior individual contributor role, designing and incubating net-new PLG initiatives. Your work will shape early-stage MVPs and generate baseline data to de-risk product bets. You'll report to the Senior Director, Demand Generation and partner directly with Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Incubate net-new PLG initiatives with Product
• Design minimum viable tests to de-risk early-stage MVPs
• Partner broadly with the Product organization on strategy
• Own the marketing-side experimentation roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience
• Proven track record with product-led growth experimentation
• Experience with B2B SaaS marketing and funnel metrics
• Ability to design and run MVPs and validation tests

• Experience in home services or SMB software
• Familiarity with performance marketing channels
