Description

You will drive the expansion of Moveworks' natural language understanding and agentic AI capabilities, working with LLMs, multimodal models, and hybrid vector databases to improve conversational AI. Your focus is on building and optimizing compound AI systems in production, ensuring high quality, low latency, and reliability while collaborating across teams to enhance enterprise copilot experiences.

Requirements

• Experience shipping product improvements with production-quality, unit-tested code
• Solid grasp of model evaluation for text generation and classification
• Proficiency in Python and/or Golang in a Mac development environment
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and leading large language models
• Desire to work at startup pace with high ownership and continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Apply software engineering, ML, and compound AI system engineering to create customer value
• Tackle challenges in conversational agent domains including cognitive architecture, multimodal agents, and reasoning strategies
• Advance responsible AI by ensuring fair model performance, red-teaming for safety, and upholding data privacy
• Design new ML algorithms, evaluate with small-scale experiments, and productionize at scale
• Research latest ML advances to enhance products and user experiences
