Description

As a VIP Supervisor, you will oversee VIP staff and coordinate day-of logistics for hospitality programs at Forest Hills Stadium. You'll act as the onsite point of contact for Speakeasy Clients, ensure VIP areas are ready before doors, and assist guests with inquiries.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and keen eye for detail
• Ability to communicate professionally and remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Assist Hospitality Manager to ensure VIP areas are show ready prior to VIP doors
• Prep and distribute Show Materials to staff and venue management
• Oversee VIP programs including Golden Apple, First Serve, and Speakeasy Suite rentals
• Supervise VIP Hosts and Coordinators and act as point of contact for Speakeasy Clients
• Ensure accuracy of food deliveries and settlement at end of show
