You'll oversee daily operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring appropriate clinical and medical services. You'll mentor staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and help individuals live more independently. This role combines direct care with team leadership in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of a group home
• Mentor and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff
• Assist with writing clinical assessments and ISP assessments
• Assume on-call responsibilities as required

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors
• Valid Driver's License with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Basic computer skills
