💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a Medical Director or Attending Physician for local skilled nursing facilities, providing patient-centered primary care and collaborating with NPs/PAs. You'll build trust through continuity of care and flexible scheduling supported by intuitive technology. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, and quality initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license and board certification or eligibility.
• Qualified specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or similar.
• New graduates board-eligible and pursuing licensing are encouraged to apply.
