🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries
  • Screen, qualify, and schedule appointments for technicians
  • Input customer data into the proprietary database
  • Respond to reviews and social platform messages

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional call center customer service experience
  • Ability to work Saturday and Sunday 8am-2pm
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
