🎯 What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries
- Screen, qualify, and schedule appointments for technicians
- Input customer data into the proprietary database
- Respond to reviews and social platform messages
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of professional call center customer service experience
- Ability to work Saturday and Sunday 8am-2pm
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
