Description

You will develop and manage the supply base for Starlink satellites and ground stations, working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive cost management, negotiations, and process optimization. You will build budgets, conduct market analysis, and present strategies to executives, ensuring alignment with program goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in supply chain, engineering, or related fields, or 7+ years without degree
• Experience in contract negotiation, sourcing, or production planning
• Ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally
• Flexible to work extended hours and weekends
• Onsite in Redmond, WA

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply base for Starlink satellites and ground stations
• Provide team status reporting and escalate issues to management
• Train and mentor team for continuous improvement
• Work with suppliers to implement sourcing and cost management strategies
• Negotiate to maximize value and manage costs within program budgets
