In this hands-on leadership role, you will support daily store operations, oversee cash and inventory controls, drive visual merchandising, and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with corporate partners and prepare for future Assistant General Manager responsibilities through direct mentorship and training.

• Support General Manager in daily store operations including scheduling, compliance, and sales execution
• Oversee cash and inventory controls ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance
• Drive visual merchandising, online/kiosk menu accuracy, and in-store promotions
