You'll lead prototype development accelerating innovation for the Department of War, managing a $100M+ portfolio of R&D programs. Your work directly impacts digital and physical defense capabilities to maintain a competitive edge against adversaries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage planning, development, and execution of major R&D efforts.
• Direct a portfolio of technology programs exceeding $100M.
• Navigate DoW's Defense Acquisition System (DoD 5000 series).
• Provide executive-level briefings to senior stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance and SAP eligibility.
• 10+ years as lead or deputy Program Manager for $100M+ programs.
• 10+ years managing R&D for defense organizations.
• 5+ years in classified environments (SAP and SCI).
