๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the APAC commercial organization, owning revenue growth and customer outcomes. You'll define and execute the go-to-market strategy across countries, products, and functions. This role is key in scaling a regional commercial team for a $10T logistics industry.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own regional revenue, volume, pipeline, and retention targets
- Define and execute APAC go-to-market strategy
- Lead new business and account management across customer lifecycle
- Build and scale a high-performing commercial team
- Partner with Operations, Product, Finance, and Trade teams
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years commercial or external-facing client roles
- 5+ years people management including managing managers
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding
- Track record of leading multi-role commercial organizations
