You'll own the full sales cycle for companies with 1,000-10,000 employees, selling AI-powered contingent workforce solutions to VP-level buyers. You'll be a one-person revenue engine, driving pipeline and closing deals across technology, financial services, and healthcare sectors.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and drive new business through the full sales cycle
  • Build and manage pipeline via outbound prospecting
  • Run discovery calls, solution presentations, and negotiations
  • Develop tailored proposals including markup and SLA frameworks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8 years of quota-carrying sales experience in staffing or contingent workforce
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota (top 20%)
  • Experience selling to VP-level buyers in HR, TA, or Procurement
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and pipeline generation discipline

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships with senior TA, HR, or Procurement leaders
  • MBA or relevant certifications (CCWP, SIA)
