๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for companies with 1,000-10,000 employees, selling AI-powered contingent workforce solutions to VP-level buyers. You'll be a one-person revenue engine, driving pipeline and closing deals across technology, financial services, and healthcare sectors.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and drive new business through the full sales cycle
- Build and manage pipeline via outbound prospecting
- Run discovery calls, solution presentations, and negotiations
- Develop tailored proposals including markup and SLA frameworks
๐ Requirements
- 5-8 years of quota-carrying sales experience in staffing or contingent workforce
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota (top 20%)
- Experience selling to VP-level buyers in HR, TA, or Procurement
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and pipeline generation discipline
โจ Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with senior TA, HR, or Procurement leaders
- MBA or relevant certifications (CCWP, SIA)
