💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of early-stage rooftop community solar projects, coordinating site visits, permits, and feasibility assessments. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure projects move smoothly from development through to construction permits. This role offers the chance to work at the leading commercial rooftop solar developer in the U.S.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage project portfolio from handoff through construction permit submission.
• Coordinate non-ministerial permits like zoning and planning.
• Oversee preconstruction site visits and feasibility assessments.
• Maintain knowledge of AHJ requirements and project documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years development, construction, or engineering experience in solar.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Knowledge of behind-the-meter and utility interconnections.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Understanding of PPA, EPC contracts.
