Description

You will lead a mid-market sales team, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets in the South Central region. You'll recruit, hire, enable, and manage sellers, instilling disciplined pipeline generation and fostering customer retention.

Requirements

• Located in Dallas, TX
• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with track record of success exceeding quotas selling security, networking, or software solutions
• Minimum 3+ years leading a sales team focused on growing new business and new logos
• Strong hunter mentality with experience in demand creation and customer acquisition
• Experience closing complex sales with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories
• Experience managing and closing deals of $50K+ as well as higher value transactions above $100K+
• Experience establishing and fostering strong relationships with potential partners and customers at executive levels
• Strong presentation and communications skills
• Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies is a plus
• Comfortable working in a highly fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire a world-class team of sellers
• Manage and enable sellers to hit all key productivity metrics and milestones of growth
• Instill a disciplined approach to pipeline generation using all available resources
• Develop an overall account strategy for the region
• Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept programs
• Build strong partnership with existing customers for value realization and retention
• Forecast monthly/quarterly revenue to executive leadership
• Develop strategic relationships with existing and new channel partners
