Description

You'll be the voice of Carvana, building genuine relationships with customers and guiding them through their car-buying or selling journey via inbound and outbound calls. You'll review and verify sensitive customer documentation with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in fast-paced or high-volume environment
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Tech-savvy: navigate multiple systems with ease, learn new tools quickly
• Resiliency and readiness to learn and apply new knowledge
• Ability to handle phone calls/casework for up to 10 hours a day
