You'll scale paid acquisition for quiz funnels through Meta/TikTok, working closely with product and creative teams. Your core impact will be driving growth hypotheses and improving key quiz stages. You'll build automation-first approaches with martech to optimize campaigns.

• Scale paid acquisition for quiz funnels via Meta/TikTok
• Drive growth hypotheses with product and creative teams
• Improve quiz start, completion, and monetization metrics
• Build automation-first approaches with martech tools

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in performance marketing
• Experience launching a quiz from zero to stable unit economics
• Experience working closely with product and creative teams
• Proactive ownership of direction results

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at Genesis, SKELAR, or other Ukrainian BigTech
• Experience at Big4 or leading consulting firms
• Leadership potential for team development
