💼 About This Role

You'll lead cloud networking product initiatives for Confluent Cloud, a SaaS data streaming platform. Your work will directly impact private networking features that enable reliable, scalable connectivity for enterprise customers. You'll drive cross-functional execution from conception to launch, managing complexity in a rapidly evolving product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct user interviews and analyze data to define personas and user journeys.
• Drive Cloud Network Roadmap supporting Kafka, Flink, Connectors, and Data Governance.
• Define flexible interfaces for API, CLI, and Terraform and launch new network options.
• Drive multi-team, cross-functional initiatives from conception through launch.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager focusing on cloud technologies.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise-grade cloud products as PM, engineer, or architect.
• Experience defining and defending a product roadmap backed by user stories and research.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• 6+ years of experience in Networking in a PM or technical role.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP private networking features (Private Link, VPC Peering, etc.).
• Experience with Envoy, Service Mesh, DNS, or Kubernetes Networking.
