💼 About This Role

You'll architect and scale the core infrastructure powering Lightfield's AI-native CRM. Your work will directly impact how the platform captures and organizes customer interactions, making CRM intelligent and adaptive. You will collaborate across teams and own projects from inception to impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain full-stack systems ensuring reliability and scalability
• Architect and scale data infrastructure and backend services
• Design and optimize data models for CRM workflows
• Develop observability and metrics for proactive issue detection

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience in infrastructure and backend
• Deep experience building scalable data infrastructure
• Strong understanding of database design and query optimization in PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Large Language Models
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
