💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in creating the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new team members and manage daily operations to meet sales targets. Use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and ensure an amazing shopping experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to stand and move for shifts, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
