🎯 What You'll Do

• Write Python scripts for data transformations and validation audits
• Build AI-powered testing frameworks for Workday implementation
• Design workflow automations using Workato and other platforms
• Develop conversational AI agents and self-service tools

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience in data pipelines or integrations
• Python skills for complex data transformations
• API experience (REST, SOAP) with JSON and XML
• Workato or similar automation platform experience

• Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday or Oracle HCM
• Experience with AI agents or LLM-powered applications
