You'll own the technical lifecycle of data pipelines for a gamified developer platform that pushes LLM frontiers. Your core impact is shipping tooling, environments, and QA that make new data formats real at scale. This role champions developer experience and data quality end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own projects end-to-end from prototyping to ongoing maintenance.
• Build developer tooling, environments, and documentation for data pipelines.
• Develop quality standards and automated checks for data consistency.
• Monitor and improve pipeline reliability and contributor success rates.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Proficiency in React and at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, Go).
• Excellent written communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
• Organized and process-oriented mindset for ambiguous problems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing or running evaluations for LLM outputs.
• Familiarity building developer tools like CLIs, SDKs, or internal dashboards.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
