Description

You will work under a licensed engineer on HVAC system design for educational, healthcare, corporate, and science/technology projects. You'll perform equipment selection, building load calculations, and Revit/BIM modeling for construction drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (ABET accredited preferred)
• Minimum 2 years related experience
• EIT/FE in the United States preferred
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Experience with Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC piping and equipment selection for building systems
• Prepare building load calculations using modeling software
• Create Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings from schematic to construction administration
• Assist with plumbing and fire protection designs
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance
