Description

You will join the Accounting Finance team to leverage AI tools and automation to streamline accounting workflows, prepare journal entries and month-end close deliverables, support financial statement audits, and drive process improvements. Your work will directly enable scalable operations in a high-growth tech environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years progressive accounting experience in fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with automation and AI/ML tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools to streamline accounting workflows
• Design and implement automation initiatives for close efficiency
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analyses
• Support consolidated financial statements and external audits (including SOX)
• Prepare consolidation entries for multi-currency and intercompany transactions
