You'll play a vital role in managing day-to-day accounting functions and supporting SEC reporting across global offices. You'll mentor regional teams and collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and IR. This role offers the chance to work with a leading performance-driven advertising company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Coordinate SEC-compliant reporting and GAAP filings
• Execute quarterly and annual close processes
• Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors
• Maintain and apply consistent accounting policies (SOX)

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• CPA certification required
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 718, 606, 260)
• Experience with off-shore subsidiaries
