Description

As our Senior Safety Manager, you will drive safe processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations at our fulfillment center. You'll develop and deliver safety programs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and use lean principles to eliminate hazards. This role offers the opportunity to build partnerships and make a tangible impact on team member safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or related field
• Certified Safety Professional or other Safety Certification
• 8+ years management experience in occupational safety and health
• Experience with OSHA VPP or implementation of safety programs
• Strong leadership, detail-oriented, data-driven, quick decision-maker

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and areas of risk, support operations in corrective measures
• Continuously improve safety culture through training of Safety and Operations leaders
• Assess performance, communicate to management, ensure safety in supply chain processes
• Create weekly business reviews of projects, incidents, trend analysis, and project statuses
• Serve as on-site incident leader in the event of a severe injury
