💼 About This Role

You'll perform general maintenance and repair on a variety of rental and customer-owned tooling and small equipment at our Midland, TX facility. You'll use our T3 platform to track work orders and diagnose issues, enabling you to work smarter with real-time data. You'll also have the opportunity to work on the newest equipment in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on rental and customer equipment.
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed.
• Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of hand/power tools, schematics, and diagrams.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active applicable state driver's license.

• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred.
