📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years equivalent experience
• Background in high-pressure environments such as aviation, emergency response, or critical infrastructure
• Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
• Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating shift including nights, weekends, holidays
