Description

In this role, you will leverage deep knowledge of claims subrogation and recovery to shape and accelerate Shift's subrogation detection and automation solution. You will identify and prioritize business needs across carriers, drive go-to-market strategy, and enable client demos and internal teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years in insurance claims with strong focus on subrogation/recovery.
• Hands-on knowledge across personal and commercial lines (auto, property, workers' comp).
• Deep understanding of US insurance ecosystem, claims workflows, and state-level legal/regulatory nuances.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact subrogation detection and automation use cases across lines and states.
• Define long-term product and business vision justifying carrier investment.
• Help segment market with relevant business variables and collaborate with GTM teams.
• Support client discovery workshops and present subrogation automation vision to executives.
• Define client success metrics, KPIs, and business case templates.
