💼 About This Role

You'll lead motion strategy for product launches and brand campaigns at Compass, a real estate technology company. You'll transform UI/UX designs into story-driven animations and build scalable motion tools for agents. This role offers the chance to shape how agents and consumers experience Compass technology in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-impact product launch and brand campaign videos from concept to final render
• Translate UX/UI designs from Figma into story-driven animations
• Develop scalable motion templates and dynamic assets for agents

📋 Requirements

• 4–5+ years as a Motion Designer with premium brand or product portfolio
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects (animation, compositing, templates)
• Advanced proficiency in Cinema 4D (modeling, lighting, animation)
• Strong storytelling and design fundamentals with Premiere, Figma, typography, composition

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, DALL-E) for concepting
• Experience building motion systems and scalable templates
