Description

You will partner with the university recruiting team, hiring managers, and technical teams to coordinate hiring events, schedule high-volume interviews, manage candidate travel, host onsite candidates, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role supports new graduate recruiting programs and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• 2+ years Recruiting Coordinator experience; University Recruiting experience a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Highly self-motivated and thrives in fast-paced environment
• Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking System

Responsibilities

• Partner with university recruiting team to support student and university programs
• Schedule high-volume candidate interviews with attention to detail
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for candidates and employees
• Host onsite interview candidates and manage their experience
• Coordinate campus activities including career fairs and events
