💼 About This Role

You'll manage complex account issues and lead a client support team in a cryptocurrency brokerage. You'll drive operational improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams on platform enhancements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve complex account management issues across email, phone, and face-to-face.
• Conduct root cause investigations and collaborate on long-term fixes.
• Partner with Business Units and IT on new initiatives and client notifications.
• Participate in UAT for new features and provide feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in customer service/client support in Fintech or brokerage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain domain.
• Experience with AML/CFT requirements in account opening.
