You'll join the ClearanceJobs Outbound team to hunt net-new business through aggressive prospecting. Your core impact is driving double-digit revenue growth by converting cold outreach into qualified pipeline for Account Executives. You'll leverage AI-enabled tools like ZoomInfo and SalesLoft to outpace traditional methods.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively identify and pursue net-new business through outbound cold prospecting
• Research and map target accounts, identifying key decision-makers
• Build and execute systematic outbound cadence using Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo
• Leverage AI tools to surface intent signals and prioritize prospects

📋 Requirements

• Proven outbound prospecting experience with a cold-call quota
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong written and verbal communication for crafting cold outreach
• Comfort building prospecting lists independently

• SaaS sales experience
