• Support corporate governance, board processes, and equity management.

• Collaborate with Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a U.S. state.
• 6+ years of legal experience in capital markets or complex commercial transactions.
• Expertise in corporate governance, structured finance, and cross-border work.
• Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage sophisticated legal agreements.
