You will bring ALO's visual and product strategy to life in the store, ensuring the salesfloor is customer-ready at all times. You'll oversee visual merchandising execution, analyze business performance data, and lead strategic product presentation while managing payroll and visual floor changes.

Requirements

• Passionate about planning, product knowledge, and visual execution
• Ability to analyze reporting and drive visual merchandising
• Experience in retail visual management or similar role

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of operational and visual processes
• Champion visual standards using business performance data
• Lead product recovery, restock, destock, and visual merchandising changes
• Plan visual floor changes through payroll management and business needs
• Own visual direction from planning to execution within budget and timeline
