💼 About This Role

You'll repair damaged interiors and glass for a high-volume automotive reconditioning center. Your work ensures cars meet Carvana's quality standards before reaching customers. You'll join a Fortune 500 company with state-of-the-art tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair damaged cloth, leather, plastic, and vinyl upholstery.
• Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, and headliners.
• Perform color matching and dyeing of fabrics.
• Repair windshield stars, bullseyes, cracks, and scratches.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of professional automotive interior and/or glass repair experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Experience with water-based paint systems.
• ASE certification.
