💼 About This Role

You'll join ClearBank's CRM team as a Salesforce Developer, building customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. You'll lead the growth of Salesforce, design workflows, integrate with third-party SaaS, and ensure optimal performance. You'll also participate in design conversations and maintain the security and integrity of the application.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in design conversations for Salesforce applications
• Design and create workflows and case management
• Integrate with third-party SaaS systems
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs

📋 Requirements

• Strong understanding of Apex and coding standards
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
• Experience in a regulated industry
• Comprehensive understanding of Experience Cloud

• Experience with Conga CPQ
• Experience with GearSet or Copado
• Experience with Jitterbit or similar IPaaS
