Description

You will represent Samsara's implementation and integration services, positioning their value to enterprise customers and defining scope, approach, and timelines during the sales cycle. You will own services ARR attach quota, act as a trusted advisor, and govern delivery to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in positioning Professional Services or Technology Solutions
• Experience building relationships with sales, CSMs, and partners during implementations
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to forecast services and monitor ARR pipeline
• Experience as a trusted advisor in product deployment and change management

Responsibilities

• Articulate and sell the value of Samsara Services within enterprise accounts
• Work with Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers to integrate services into proposals
• Own Services pursuits and ARR attach quota
• Plan and manage Services scoping activity, produce proposals and resource plans
• Act as governing partner during implementation and maintain customer relationships
