You'll lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering production systems with frontier models for enterprise customers. Your impact will be measured by how consistently your team ships and how clearly you deliver signal to Research and Product. This role is based in Munich with a hybrid model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of FDEs delivering production systems.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes with technical quality.
• Codify what works into tools, playbooks, and roadmap inputs.
• Define staffing and field team scalability models.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience.
• 2+ years managing high-performing FDE or customer-facing engineers.
• Led high-pressure technical projects from prototype to production.
• Write and review production-grade code using Javascript or Python.
