You'll teach Sophomore Seminar and coordinate career exposure experiences for students. You'll help students develop academic and employability skills for postsecondary success. This role combines teaching with partnership-building to open career pathways.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, lead and teach Sophomore Seminar curriculum
• Manage calendar of student career and educational exposure experiences
• Facilitate graduation family meetings for postsecondary advisement
• Support postsecondary events across grade levels

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with one year of education experience
• School-based teaching experience for groups of 25-30 students
• Strong organizational skills including database work and event planning
• Ability to document students' academic progress

• Experience in urban education
• Familiarity with public education and charter schools
