Description

You will work with enterprise customers to define automation strategy, implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful adoption of the Leapwork platform. You'll guide customers on best practices, design proofs-of-concept, and collaborate across teams to drive automation success.

• Deep technical knowledge of test automation and best practices
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with automation estimation and implementation planning
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills for customer engagements

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and propose automation solutions
• Perform test automation requirement analysis, strategy design, estimation, and planning
• Provide architectural guidance and review customer automated test scripts
• Design and develop proofs-of-concept for customers
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues and assist in onboarding and adoption
