Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience outside of school
• Degree in advertising, communications, creative writing, journalism, or related discipline
• Strong online portfolio showcasing writing range and conceptual thinking
• Solid grasp of brand voice, storytelling, structure, clarity, and craft
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and see projects through from concept to completion

Responsibilities

• Partner with creative, strategy, and account teams to ideate, write, and refine work across multiple projects
• Generate bold, strategically grounded ideas for digital, experiential, and traditional mediums
• Write clear, compelling copy including headlines, scripts, social content, manifestos, and campaign concepts
• Collaborate in a creative studio and own full deliverables when needed
• Stay current with cultural trends and continuously raise the quality of writing
