🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute partnership and merchant growth strategies.
• Source, structure, negotiate, and close strategic agreements.
• Build scalable monetization frameworks and partnership programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Strategy, Partnerships, or Corporate Development.
• Proven ability to manage partnerships end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of partnership economics and revenue-share models.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple business units.

• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian.
