You will design intuitive experiences for Gradial's AI-powered content platform, owning the end-to-end design process from research to delivery, and shaping product vision alongside engineers, PMs, and AI researchers.

Requirements

• 3+ years product design experience with focus on user-centric, data-informed workflows
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished UI and thoughtful interaction design
• Track record of end-to-end product ownership in ambiguous environments
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Set design vision and strategy for AI-powered platform
• Develop user-centric solutions through research, journey mapping, and prototyping
• Craft visual and interaction designs that reduce complexity and build trust
• Contribute to design system with scalable patterns and components
• Rapidly prototype concepts using design tools or code
